Meeting Channel
The meeting will use secure hosting virtual space. Session capture will be via a Polycom CX50000 device that will provide automatic focus on current speaker while tracking the conversation flow. The device is compatible with multiple video conferencing solutions like zoom, teams etc. It will record the meeting for playback with synchronized voice, video and content, hence will facilitate report writing after each day’s sessions.
